We accept the most common payment cards and online payments. As a Finnish company, you can also choose company invoice as a payment method.
Get there and enjoy

How do I receive detailed instructions for arriving at the event after making a booking?
After making a booking, we will send you a booking confirmation via email. Following this, the event organizer will send you a separate email with detailed arrival instructions, as well as information on how to order food and fan merchandise if you haven't already done so through Linecut.

I didn’t receive a booking confirmation in my email after making a reservation. What should I do?
If you don’t see a booking confirmation in your email after making a reservation, please check your spam folder first.
Note that detailed arrival instructions and other additional information are usually sent directly by the event organizer, typically no later than the next business day after booking.

How can I order food and drinks for the skybox I booked?
For some events, you can place food and drink orders directly through Linecut. In other cases, only the skybox is available for booking, and the event organizer will send you separate instructions on how to order food and drinks after your booking is confirmed.
Most skyboxes come with a basic beverage selection, which is charged separately based on consumption.
Food options in the skyboxes may vary depending on the event and the organizer.
Can I order fan merchandise for my group to have ready in the suite?
For some events, you can place fan merchandise orders directly through Linecut. In such cases, the ordered items will be waiting for you and your group in the skybox upon arrival.
Otherwise, the event organizer will provide separate instructions for placing fan merchandise orders after your booking is confirmed.
How early can I arrive at the skybox I booked, and how long can I stay there?
In most events, the skybox is available to your group 1.5 to 1 hour before the event starts and 1 hour after the event ends. This allows your group to fully enjoy the event without rushing.
Exact arrival and departure times will be provided by the event organizer in your booking confirmation. In most cases, this information is also available on each event organizer's Linecut page.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
The cancellation and modification policies vary between event organizers. For some events, bookings can be fully canceled if done sufficiently in advance. In others, cancellations may not be allowed, but bookings can be transferred to another event if availability permits.
